The Ibans are the famed headhunters of Borneo and in some older longhouses, some of the skulls are still seen hanging along the ruai. You will have a chance to try the famous reice wine ‘tuak’ brewed locally. After tour, transfer back to Miri City. |

LAMBIR HILLS NATIONAL PARK & IBAN LONGHOUSE TOUR Duration: 4 hrs
| Features : | Tour could be performed either in the morning or in the afternoon. You will be picked up from your hotel and proceed to the Lambir National park. The journey will normally take less than an hour and after registration at the Park HQ, visitors will proceed onto scenic Latak Trail which boasts of 3 waterfalls. The third waterfall is about 25 meters high and plunges into a large deep pool with sandy poolside. There are 4 summer huts located around the pool and public toilet and shower facilities are available too. The activities at this pleasant spot are swimming, sunbathing and picnicking as barbecue stands are situated around the pool.
After leaving Lambir Hills National Park, the tour will continue onto an Iban Longhouse.
