| Features : | This half-day tour could be performed either in the morning or afternoon. The journey will normally take less than an hour. The Lambir Hills National Park is located along the Miri-Bintulu Road, about 32 kms from Miri city. This park covers an area of 6,952 hectares and was gazetted as a national park on 26th June, 1975. Besides the extraordinary species-rich forest, Lambir Hills National Park, due to its rugged terrain, boasts of a number of small but beautiful waterfalls which attract many visitors especially during weekends and holidays. Upon arriving, register at the Park HQ then, proceed onto scenic Latak Trail which boasts of 3 waterfalls. The third waterfall is about 25 meters high and plunges into a large deep pool with sandy poolside. There are 4 summer huts located around the pool and public toilet and shower facilities are available too. The activities at this pleasant spot are swimming, sunbathing and picnicking around the pool.
After the tour, will drive back return to Miri City. |

LAMBIR HILLS NATIONAL PARK & IBAN LONGHOUSE TOUR Duration: 4 hrs
| Features : | Tour could be performed either in the morning or in the afternoon. You will be picked up from your hotel and proceed to the Lambir National park. The journey will normally take less than an hour and after registration at the Park HQ, visitors will proceed onto scenic Latak Trail which boasts of 3 waterfalls. The third waterfall is about 25 meters high and plunges into a large deep pool with sandy poolside. There are 4 summer huts located around the pool and public toilet and shower facilities are available too. The activities at this pleasant spot are swimming, sunbathing and picnicking as barbecue stands are situated around the pool.
After leaving Lambir Hills National Park, the tour will continue onto an Iban Longhouse. The Ibans are the single largest tribe in Sarawak and they are traditionally live in longhouses which are actually a number of rooms linked together but sharing a common ‘ruai’- a verandah were traditional ceremonies are preformed in the olden days. The Ibans are the famed headhunters of Borneo and in some older longhouses, some of the skulls are still seen hanging along the ruai. After the longhouse visiting, we will return to Miri City. |
